IT & Infrastructure Engineer

Own core infrastructure environments (network, security, endpoints, and SaaS) across global offices and cloud environments

Design, implement, and maintain resilient network and security architectures (LAN/WAN/VPN, firewalls, access, zero-trust)

Troubleshoot complex incidents with a sense of urgency and ownership

Continuously improve system performance and reliability using automation, monitoring, and proactive maintenance

Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security, and Automation teams to deliver scalable and secure infrastructure

What You Bring

Experience with SaaS ecosystems (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)

Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP)

Experience with monitoring and incident management tools

Scripting experience in Python or other automation tools (an advantage)

Experience managing backup and disaster recovery systems (advantage)

Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities

Experience leading or participating in large-scale, cross-functional IT projects is a strong plus

Hands-on experience with monitoring and incident response platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty) and the ability to develop proactive alerting and dashboards
