About the Role

As IT Infrastructure Manager, you will oversee the design, maintenance, security, and optimization of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud systems, and communication platforms.

You will ensure system stability, security, and scalability while leading infrastructure improvements that support business operations and growth.

This role is ideal for a technically strong and solution-focused professional who can balance hands-on IT work with leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure operations (servers, networks, systems)
• Ensure high system availability, performance, and reliability
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and system improvements
• Oversee cloud platforms and hybrid infrastructure environments
• Implement cybersecurity measures and protect company data assets
• Monitor network performance and resolve technical issues
• Manage IT support teams and daily technical operations
• Maintain backup systems, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans
• Coordinate with vendors for IT services, hardware, and software procurement
• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards
• Support digital transformation and infrastructure scaling projects
• Troubleshoot complex system and network issues efficiently

• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices
• Experience with enterprise IT environments preferred
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills
• Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, AWS, Azure, ITIL) are an advantage

Equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.
