IT Instructor / Lecturer

Prison IT Trainer (Computer Instructor) – Onsite

We are looking for a dedicated and patient IT Trainer to deliver basic to intermediate computer training within a prison rehabilitation program. The goal of this role is to equip inmates with practical IT skills that can help them secure employment and reintegrate into society after release.

Location:

Onsite – Pakistan (PKT timezone)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured IT training to beginners with little or no computer experience
• Teach practical, job-ready skills in a simple and understandable way
• Create lesson plans and training materials based on the approved curriculum
• Maintain discipline, professionalism, and a respectful learning environment
• Monitor student progress and provide guidance and support

Course Content Includes:

• Professionalism and workplace behavior
• Basic computer operation and setup
• Installing Windows and essential software
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• File management and organization
• Email writing and inbox management
• Online meetings (Zoom, Google Meet)
• Research skills (why and how)
• Typing skills (speed and accuracy)
• Excel basics and shortcuts
• Presentation skills (PowerPoint)
• Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Practical use of AI tools
• Identifying useful AI-based opportunities
• Job application process
• Understanding contracts and probation periods
• Personal growth concepts (e.g., 80/20 rule)

Requirements:

• Experience in teaching or training (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of basic IT and computer applications
• Good communication skills and ability to simplify concepts
• Patient, disciplined, and professional attitude
• Comfortable working in a structured and controlled environment
