Under general supervision of the Chief Information Officer, receives guidance, training, and mentoring from the IT team. Supports the IT team to include areas of installation, maintenance and repairs on hardware and software within SDMI’s clinical and administrative offices as to ensure continuity of operations and high levels of operational up time.

Gain hands-on experience alongside the IT team and CIO, assisting with installation, maintenance, and repairs of hardware and software to ensure seamless operations at SDMI’s clinical and administrative offices. By supporting daily tech functions, you’ll help keep critical healthcare systems running smoothly while building valuable technical and teamwork skills.
