IT Intern

Position: IT Support Intern / Junior IT Support

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• 0–1 year of experience in IT support or a similar technical support role
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment

Job Description:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and applications
• Troubleshoot IT issues and ensure timely resolution
• Support users with system access, email, and other IT-related queries
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation
• Assist in routine system maintenance and updates

Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: QAR1,000.00 - QAR15,000.00 per month
