Ameritas is seeking an IT Intern to drive the business by providing desk side support for IT endpoint equipment. This is accomplished through installation, maintenance, and problem diagnosis of PC hardware, third-party and proprietary software, LANs, and servers in a timely and professional manner via telephone and email communication, and hands-on support, and other tasks as assigned. This position will combine a basic level understanding of IT and network concepts, with a strong orientation towards customer service, to provide end users a great experience and resolution to their issues and requests.

This position requires daily in-office presence at Cincinnati, OH location.
This internship will begin in May 2026. This is not a summer internship, as we are seeking an intern for a year-round experience working 12 months (or more). Hours are flexible and can be near full time during the summer, and part time (15-25) during the school year.
