IT Intern - Riyadh, KSA

What you´ll do

• Provide end-user support for PCs and mobile devices.
• Manage and maintain accurate IT inventory records.
• Perform installation, configuration, and setup of PCs and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain user manuals and technical guides.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including O365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) video conferencing systems.
• Conduct basic Local Area Network (LAN) troubleshooting.
• Update and maintain network inventory documentation and network diagrams.
• Support System Engineers on network and data center-related topics.
• Ensure compliance with Henkel’s internal guidelines, policies, and regulations.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience in IT support, networking, or systems administration.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical foundations are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and networking concepts.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and develop within a dynamic IT environment.
