IT Inventory and Operation Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an efficient, detail-oriented professional to manage our hardware inventory and coordinate daily operations for our IT product rental division. The candidate will ensure smooth tracking of all incoming and outgoing items, maintain accurate records, and bridge coordination between the support, service, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain complete inventory records for laptops, desktops, printers, and accessories using Excel and CRM systems.
  • Record and monitor incoming and outgoing items, including asset tagging and return verification.
  • Allocate deliveries and pickups to delivery personnel and ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate between the Support Team and Service Department to ensure repair, replacement, and customer requests are handled promptly.
  • Keep accurate documentation of accessories, spare parts, and consumables.
  • Update CRM regularly with client asset status, delivery details, and service logs.
  • Prepare periodic stock and utilization reports in Excel.
  • Ensure hardware readiness (formatting, testing, labeling) before delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers when required for asset-related updates.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word (mandatory).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM or inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good command of written and verbal English communication.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate between multiple departments.
  • Basic understanding of IT hardware (laptops, desktops, accessories).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
