Junior IT Support / Junior IT Specialist

About the Company:
We are a fast-growing advertising and influencer marketing company operating across Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Specialist to support our internal operations and technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily technical support to employees.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software.
• Support network connections, Wi-Fi, and office systems.
• Handle IT tickets and document issues and resolutions.
• Support video conferencing tools and internal applications.
• Assist in onboarding new employees with device setup.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in IT Support or IT Operations.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From E£9,000.00 per month
