We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Executive to support revenue growth by managing inbound leads, assisting with outbound prospecting, and helping convert qualified opportunities into customers. This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional looking to build a strong foundation in SaaS sales within a structured, supportive environment.
Qualify inbound leads and conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer needs
Support outbound prospecting efforts via email, LinkedIn, and phone
Assist with product demos and follow-up communications
Maintain accurate pipeline data and activity tracking in the CRM
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Development, and Customer Success teams
Learn and consistently apply the company’s sales methodology and processes
Experience in a sales, customer-facing, or revenue-support role
Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Coachable mindset with a desire to learn SaaS sales fundamentals
Ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment
Exposure to SaaS, B2B sales, or subscription-based products
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Previous experience in a Sales Development or Business Development role
CRM: Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
Sales Engagement: Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar
Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
