Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Junior Administrator to support our organization’s day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with computer hardware, operating systems, networking basics, and troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile devices. The candidate must also be comfortable using advanced AI tools to improve troubleshooting, automation, documentation, and productivity across IT tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Hardware & System Support
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop hardware components.
Diagnose and resolve hardware faults, performance issues, and peripheral problems.
Manage system upgrades, formatting, and OS installations.
Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.

Operating System Management
Install, configure, and maintain:
Microsoft Windows (all major versions)
macOS (setup, updates, troubleshooting)
Basic Linux distributions (installation and basic command-line support)
Handle system drivers, updates, and security patches.

Software Installation & Support
Install and configure business and utility software.T
roubleshoot software-related issues across platforms.
Manage antivirus, productivity tools, and system applications.
Support system optimization and performance tuning.

Networking (Basic to Intermediate)
Assist in basic network setup and troubleshooting.
Configure LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
Support printer/network device setup.
Identify and resolve connectivity problems.
Assist in basic router/switch configuration and monitoring.

Mobile Device Support
Provide technical assistance for Android and iOS devices.
Configure email, apps, backups, and device security settings.
Troubleshoot mobile performance, storage, and connectivity issues.

User Support & TroubleshootingAct as first-level IT support for employees.
Resolve day-to-day technical issues efficiently.
Provide quick and practical problem-solving support.
Guide users on best practices for system usage and security.

AI-Driven IT Operations (Mandatory)
Use advanced AI tools to:
Speed up troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Generate technical documentation and SOPs.
Improve productivity in system diagnostics and research.
Provide faster end-user support solutions.
Stay updated with emerging AI tools relevant to IT administration.
Apply AI responsibly for IT support, knowledge base creation, and operational efficiency.

IT Asset & System Maintenance
Track and maintain IT equipment inventory.
Assets tagging and auditing.Quarterly hardware maintenance.
Maintain records of installations, configurations, and issues.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in:
Windows OS (advanced user/admin level)
macOS (installation, configuration, issue resolution)
Basic Linux usage
Experience with software installation and system configuration.
Understanding of basic networking concepts (IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, routers).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with Android and iOS device troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) for technical tasks and productivity enhancement.

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of hands-on IT support experience.
Experience in a corporate IT environment is an advantage.
Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
