Job Title: IT Lead Generation Executive

Location: On-site – Islamabad, Pakistan
Job Type: Full-Time (U.S. Time)
Shift: Night Shift (6 PM – 2 AM / 7 PM – 3 AM, as applicable)

Job Overview

Gubloo Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. is a fast-growing and dynamic technology and staffing solutions company specializing in delivering tailored IT and business services to U.S.-based clients. We are hiring an IT Lead Generation Executive to support our sales pipeline by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and assisting in meeting scheduling for our IT services. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong research abilities, and more than 5 years of professional experience in IT lead generation, sales support, or client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective companies requiring IT or digital services
  • Generate and qualify leads for IT services (web development, software, staffing, etc.)
  • Conduct outreach via emails, LinkedIn, and other professional channels
  • Draft and send structured outreach messages and follow-ups
  • Schedule meetings and ensure timely coordination with decision-makers
  • Maintain organized records of leads, outreach, and follow-up status
  • Support sales strategy by identifying new market opportunities

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (Graduates preferred)
  • More than 5 years of experience in IT Lead Generation, Sales Support, or Business Development
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong research, analytical, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to write professional outreach emails and messages
  • Organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple leads

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience with B2B IT services lead generation
  • Familiarity with U.S. or international markets
  • Experience in appointment setting for IT or digital projects
  • Understanding of basic IT services and digital solutions
  • Goal-oriented with strong time-management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
