IT Manager

We are looking for IT Manager for our Client in Saudi Arabia.

Work Experience:

• A minimum of 10 – 12 years of experience as an IT Manager or a similar role.
• Experience in IT budgeting, vendor management, IT Strategy, Vision Building and project delivery.
• Strong background in managing IT Infrastructure, IT security, including servers, storage, firewall, antivirus, and data encryption.

Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CompTIA, CISSP, or similar would be an advantage.

Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software. Including:
• Microsoft Server Operating Systems
• Microsoft Office 365 Administration
• Google Workspace Implementation and Administration
• Systems Administration
• Firewall Security and Policy Administration
• Active Directory Setup/Administration
• DNS/DHCP Administration
• End Point Security Solutions
• Business Email Solutions
• Antispam and Email gateway solutions
• Knowledge of PCs, Laptops and Printer Hardware
• Cybersecurity Implementation
• Security Best Practices
• Networking, Internet and Routing Concepts/Protocols
• Storage SAN/NAS Configuration/Administration
• Data Backup and DR Implementation/Planning
• Knowledge VoIP Solution

1. Expertise in IT infrastructure management, including server administration, network

security, and database management.

2. Experience with enterprise-level systems (ERP, CRM) and cloud computing

platforms (Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).

3. Proficiency in IT project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile,

Waterfall).
