IT Manager

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.

CCNA and MCSE certifications.

4+ years of experience in IT management or system administration (hospitality or retail industry preferred).

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with restaurant technologies (inventory, scheduling, delivery integration, loyalty systems).

Experience with project management and IT rollouts.

Hands-on experience in hardware.

Hands-on troubleshooting and technical support experience.

Experience in network troubleshooting.

Experience in managing & maintaining Network Servers, Switches, and NAS.

Experience in DHCP and DNS servers.

Experience in Active Directory and Domain Network.

Experience in IP-based and analogue phones.

Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.

Strong knowledge of networking, POS systems, Windows/Mac environments, and cloud platforms.
