- Ensure 99.9%+ availability of critical systems during peak operating hours.
- Manage and integrate CCTV, access control, attendance, and security monitoring systems in coordination with security teams.
- Own end-to-end management of:• Ticketing systems
- POS systems (Hands on Experience)
- RFID
- Queue management systems• Ride control interfaces
- Support online ticketing platforms, mobile apps, digital wallets, and cashless payment solutions.
- Define and enforce IT security policies, access controls, firewalls, endpoint protection, and monitoring tools.
- Implement and test backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
- Define and track SLAs for system uptime, response time, and resolution time.
- Implement automation opportunities, in accordance with organizational technological / business roadmap, to reduce manual processes and manpower dependency.
- Enable digital initiatives to enhance guest experience, queue efficiency, safety, and operational visibility.
