IT Manager

• Ensure 99.9%+ availability of critical systems during peak operating hours.
• Manage and integrate CCTV, access control, attendance, and security monitoring systems in coordination with security teams.
• Own end-to-end management of:• Ticketing systems
• POS systems (Hands on Experience)
• RFID
• Queue management systems• Ride control interfaces
• Support online ticketing platforms, mobile apps, digital wallets, and cashless payment solutions.
• Define and enforce IT security policies, access controls, firewalls, endpoint protection, and monitoring tools.
• Implement and test backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Define and track SLAs for system uptime, response time, and resolution time.
• Implement automation opportunities, in accordance with organizational technological / business roadmap, to reduce manual processes and manpower dependency.
• Enable digital initiatives to enhance guest experience, queue efficiency, safety, and operational visibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Servers 2010, 2015: 6 years (Required)
