Position Title: IT Manager

Department: IT

Role Purpose

The IT Manager will be responsible for the design, security, availability, and performance of the organization’s on-premises and cloud infrastructure. This role is the technical backbone of IT operations, leading infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, firewall management, and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & Network Management

• Strategy, budgeting, vendor management, security oversight, alignment with business objectives
• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, routers, VPNs
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of network services
• Multi-tenant Environment for Emails and hosting

Systems & Cloud Administration

• Administer Windows/Linux servers, virtualization platforms
• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Exchange on-premises, Azure AD, and cloud services
• Lead Domino to Microsoft 365 migration and legacy system decommissioning

Security & Compliance

• Implement and manage firewall policies, MFA, WFH, VPNs, and access controls
• Strengthen email and cloud security (Spam Firewall, DKIM, DMARC, anti-phishing)
• Conduct patch management, vulnerability remediation, and DR planning at I-10.

Operations & Optimization

• Monitor infrastructure health, backups, and disaster recovery readiness
• Optimize IT costs, licenses, and cloud resource utilization
• Create and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams

Leadership & Mentoring

• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support staff
• Act as escalation point for complex technical issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in system, network, and firewall administration
• Strong hands-on experience with Firewalls (FortiGate or similar)
• Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online
• Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization
• Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing)

Preferred Certifications

Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate

CCNA / CCNP

Fortinet or equivalent)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
