IT Manager.

Technical Expertise Required:

• Strong experience in SAP Business One (Functional & Technical)
• Advanced SQL Query development and optimization
• DTW (Data Transfer Workbench)
• SAP HANA Studio
• SAP Crystal Reports for SAP Business One
• SAP Customer Checkout (CCO)
• Inventory management (Physical Stock Count)
• Oracle Corporation (Database, Forms & Reports)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end ERP & POS implementation projects
• Manage full project lifecycle (requirements, design, testing, deployment & support)
• Drive business process optimization across departments (Finance, SCM, Sales & Service)
• Manage stakeholder expectations and cross-functional teams
• Oversee customization, UAT, and post-go-live support
• Ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement
• Provide technical leadership and user training
