The IT Manager is responsible for all aspects of operational and end-user support for senior executives and staff. Will manage information technology infrastructure including servers, systems, virtualization, storage, network, telephony, collaboration, audio/visual and telecommunications. Proactive maintenance approach and responsive support of hybrid (on-premise, cloud-based, and remote) infrastructure and workstations. Performs both technical and administrative tasks to ensure functionality and efficiency of IT systems.

• This position requires a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in information technology or related fields and/or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years’ experience supporting End users, Desktop/Laptop computers, Mobile devices, Switches, Printers, Web and Cloud based systems
