Qualification & Experience Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 10 years proven experience as IT Manager in Python, Flutter, and AI/ML-based projects.

Skills Required:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the IT and development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end development processes, from planning to deployment.
• Ensure IT systems, software, and infrastructure align with business objectives.
• Architect, develop, and maintain applications using Python (backend), Flutter (cross-platform mobile/web), and AI/ML models.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API, or similar AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL) and DevOps pipelines (CI/CD).
• Experience in data engineering and big data tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Job Location: Onsite, DHA Phase 8 - Ex Park View, Lahore.

Job Timings: PAK TIME - 05:30pm to 02:30am
