IT Manager – Software Company

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology operations and support our software development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and driving innovation to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and software systems.
• Manage and support development environments, servers, cloud platforms, and databases.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead the IT team, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Collaborate with other departments to align IT with business objectives.
• Plan, budget, and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement of IT resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (master’s is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in a software or tech company.
• Strong knowledge of software development tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong background in IT security, networking, and systems administration.
