Responsible for the administration and daily operations of the Mortgage Applications including the Encompass platform. Perform system updates, research, develop, test, coordinate and implement new feature rollouts. Supervisors a team of Mortgage Systems Administrators. Identifying new opportunities within the applications to meet Credit Union growth and strategic goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business (or related field) required. 2+ years relevant IT systems or 3+ years Mortgage Operations required experience required. 1+ years of Supervisor/leadership experience preferred. Encompass Administrator Certification, preferred.Other IT or mortgage certifications preferred. Additional relevant industry certifications preferred. Project Manage ment experience required. Jira and Agile experience preferred.
Performance Standard:
Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Broad knowledge of hardware, software, and programs. Maintain a broad knowledge Mortgage industry. Ability to learn quickly, contribute to a team effort and work on multiple, time-critical projects simultaneously. Logical, process-oriented thinker with a natural sense of urgency. Good interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical details. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a project team in a cooperative effort. Ability to prioritize, meets deadlines, and manages changing priorities with limited direction. Must be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act as implemented by ICCU.
