IT Network Administrator

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Networking Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our organization’s network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth network operations, troubleshoot issues, and maintain network security to support daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Troubleshoot network, hardware, and connectivity issues in a timely manner
• Manage network security, including access control, VPNs, and firewall policies
• Perform regular network maintenance, backups, and updates
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and inventory
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
• Provide technical support to users related to networking issues
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and best practices

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols
• Hands-on experience with network hardware (Cisco, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, or similar)
• Understanding of network security concepts and tools
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent will be an advantage
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and documentation skills
