Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure, Network & Systems Leadership

  • Own and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure across 30+ group companies
  • Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available systems
  • Lead infrastructure planning, modernization, and capacity upgrades
  • Ensure maximum uptime, performance, and operational continuity

Server, Virtualization & Network Administration

  • Administer and secure enterprise servers including:
  • Active Directory (AD)
  • Biometric systems
  • Hyper-V virtualization servers
  • Wi-Fi controllers and access systems
  • Manage VPS, NAS, and AV servers, ensuring:
  • Data protection and encryption
  • Backup, replication, and disaster recovery
  • Redundancy and fault tolerance
  • Monitor system health, logs, and alerts; proactively resolve issues

CRM, ERP & Business Application Management

  • Lead administration, optimization, and integrations of:
  • Zoho CRM
  • Frappe CRM & ERP
  • Bitrix24 CRM
  • Manage and optimize Zoho One ecosystem, including:
  • Zoho Forms
  • Zoho Creator
  • Zoho Campaigns
  • Administer and support HRM systems, ensuring data security, automation, and compliance
  • Align CRM, ERP, and HR systems with business workflows and reporting needs

Hardware & IT Asset Management

  • Own complete IT asset lifecycle management, including:
  • Laptops and desktops
  • Mobile devices
  • Printers and peripherals
  • Plan, budget, and execute hardware refresh and upgrade cycles
  • Maintain asset inventory, warranties, licenses, and compliance records
  • Define standards for end-user devices and peripherals across the group

End-User Computing & Support

  • Lead end-user IT support operations across all group companies
  • Define and enforce SLAs for issue resolution and service delivery
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and access-related issues
  • Improve user productivity through standardization and automation

Cloud, Collaboration & Identity Management

  • Manage and secure Google Workspace organization-wide:
  • User provisioning and access control
  • Email security and compliance
  • Collaboration and data governance
  • Implement identity and access management best practices

Website, Ticketing & Digital Operations

  • Oversee company websites, ensuring:
  • Availability, performance, and security
  • Domain, hosting, SSL, and DNS management
  • Manage and maintain IT ticketing systems for issue tracking, reporting, and SLA compliance
  • Coordinate company social media platform handling from an IT and access-control perspective
  • Ensure secure access management for digital platforms

Security, Compliance & Governance

  • Define, implement, and enforce IT security policies
  • Perform patch management, system hardening, and vulnerability mitigation
  • Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions
  • Ensure compliance with internal IT governance standards

Automation, Documentation & Vendor Management

  • Automate operational tasks using scripting and infrastructure tools
  • Maintain detailed system architecture and operational documentation
  • Manage IT vendors, licenses, contracts, and renewals
  • Coordinate with technology partners for upgrades and support

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7–10+ years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure leadership
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-scale, multi-company environments
  • Strong expertise in Linux and Windows Server
  • Hands-on experience with Hyper-V virtualization
  • Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, Wi-Fi)
  • Extensive experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho One, Frappe, and Bitrix24
  • Experience managing HRM systems and business applications
  • Strong understanding of hardware asset management and end-user computing

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
  • Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform)
  • Monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana)
  • IT compliance standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
  • Team leadership or IT management experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
