IT Network Engineer / Helpdesk Support Tech

We are looking for I.T. Helpdesk / Network Engineers to join our fast growing technology firm.

The candidate will be going to small business clients in the south jersey, central jersey, philadelphia region.

*south jersey if you live in south jersey, philadelphia if you live in philadelphia, etc...we would never expect or send you to clients far from your home location, we want this to be a long-term relationship.

We would like the candidate to have 1 or more of the following skills. You are not at all expected to know everything, just 1 or more :)

• Comprehensive IT technical knowledge and experience with SMB
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server Active Directory, Exchange
• Experience with various brands of server hardware
• Knowledge of enterprise backup solutions
• Experience with anti-virus solutions
• Experience with the implementation and configuration of NAS & SAN devices
• In-depth knowledge of local and wide area networks, wireless networks & enterprise grade firewalls/routers
• Experience with remote management support tools
• Experience with security camera setups
• Experience with vpn setup
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, time management, and client confidentiality required

Pay: $42,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
