Job Overview
We are seeking dynamic and motivated IT, Non-IT, and Medical Recruiters to join our US Staffing team! As a Recruiter, you will drive the full lifecycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates. Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and internal databases.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals for IT, Non-IT, and Medical roles.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates by understanding their needs, providing regular updates, and maintaining open communication.
• Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS to track applicant data and streamline recruitment workflows.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Stay informed about employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.

Skills:

• Minimum 1–5+ years of US Staffing experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in EST/CST time zones
• Experience with VMS/MSP hiring is a plus
• Target‑driven and self‑motivated
