Responsibilities
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and internal databases.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career goals for IT, Non-IT, and Medical roles.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates by understanding their needs, providing regular updates, and maintaining open communication.
- Utilize HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS to track applicant data and streamline recruitment workflows.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Stay informed about employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
Skills:
- Minimum 1–5+ years of US Staffing experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in EST/CST time zones
- Experience with VMS/MSP hiring is a plus
- Target‑driven and self‑motivated
