We are one of the leading pharmaceutical company in Pakistan. We require energetic and self-motivated individual for the following position to be based at Karachi.

IT Officer

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

• 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and others IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
• Manage user accounts, emails, and IT assets.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when required.
• Maintain IT documentation and inventory records.
• Ensure data backup and system security policies are followed.

Skills:

• Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software problems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications like CCNA and MCSC will be considered a strong plus.
