IT Officer

We are looking for IT Officer for our automobile manufacturing organization located in Bin Qasim Town.

An incumbent should be graduate in computer sciences with 2-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment.

Job Description

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues via phone, email, remote assistance, or in person.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex technical problems.
• Ensure security measures are implemented and maintained to protect company data and systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and patches.
• Document support processes, procedures, and solutions for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and software applications.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
• Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
• The ideal candidate should have an understanding and familiarity with SAP.
