IT Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Officer to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT systems, user support, troubleshooting, and network administration, with proven experience working in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

-Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners

- Monitor and maintain the organization's computer systems and networks

- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests from users

- Provide technical support to employees, including training and guidance on IT tools

- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults

- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems

- Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection

- Maintain IT inventory and asset management records

- Coordinate with external vendors for support and IT procurement

- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and availability of services

- Assist in planning and implementing IT policies and procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE

- Strong understanding of Windows OS, Office 365, networking, and IT security

- Experience with Active Directory, VPN, firewall management, and antivirus solutions

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
