IT Officer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT Assistant to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will handle hardware and software issues, maintain networks and systems, and assist staff with technical needs. The role also requires basic website and graphic design skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Set up user accounts and profiles; perform system administration tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Document technical procedures and processes.
• Research and recommend new technologies to improve operations.
• Follow up with users to ensure resolution of issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Basic website design and graphic design skills (website design required, graphic design preferred).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
