IT Officer

We are Looking for a dedicated IT Officer to join our dynamic team and support our digital infrastructure and systems.

• Manage and maintain network cabling (CAT & fiber).
• Install operating systems and other necessary software.
• Install and troubleshoot printers, IP cameras, and other IT equipment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed.
• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the company’s hardware, software, and network systems.
• Support ERP systems and ensure smooth operation across departments.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
• Ensure data security and implement best IT practices in line with company policies.
• Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and user access logs.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in IT support or administration, preferably in a manufacturing or textile environment.
• Knowledge of hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
