IT OFFICER

Zubair Grains Products (Private) Limited is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Officer to join our technical team at the project site. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting all IT-related infrastructure, systems, and services to ensure smooth operations and uninterrupted connectivity between the project site and the head office.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and network management (manufacturing or industrial setup preferred).
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware setup, software installation, and system troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently at a project site and coordinate effectively with the Head Office IT Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor MPLS Wireless Connectivity, coordinating with service providers to resolve network issues.
• Set up and maintain the Local Area Network (LAN), including firewalls, main routers, switches, cables, I/Os, and Wi-Fi routers.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Biometric Attendance Systems.
• Oversee installation, configuration, backups, and support for CCTV Cameras and NVR systems.
• Manage Server installation, configuration, backups, cooling, and troubleshooting.
• Provide installation, configuration, and technical support for Computers, Laptops, and Printers.
• Configure and support Scale Software and its Database.
• Ensure Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) and maintain the required temperature for all IT equipment.
• Submit daily reports to the IT Department at Head Office.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
