IT Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience providing IT support in a digital production environment, educational institution, or technical workspace.
• Strong understanding of hardware/software troubleshooting, network management, and system administration.
• Experience supporting multimedia setups, digital lab equipment, LMS platforms, and cloud-based tools.
• Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to provide day-to-day IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware failures, software issues, network errors, and system performance problems.
• Ability to install, configure, and maintain digital production tools, editing software, and LMS-related applications.
• Experience supporting AV systems such as microphones, cameras, recording interfaces, mixers, and display units.
• Capacity to manage digital lab infrastructure including user accounts, access control, licensing, and updates.
• Knowledge of cyber security practices, data protection protocols, and safe content management.
• Ability to monitor system performance, maintain logs, and ensure high uptime for labs and training spaces.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with IT vendors, service providers, and internal technical teams.
• Ability to train users on basic IT tools, digital platforms, and troubleshooting techniques.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 per month
