IT Officer (hardware and software)

Hiring College IT Officer for Eden College located in Clifton in Karachi.

The IT Officer must have experience in IT hardware and software. The candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing all IT equipment of the college, which includes PCs, printers and software management
• Have software experience to be able to resolve bugs, driver issues, windows issues (including formatting and installation of windows and other softwares)
• Manage the ERP being run by the college
• Manage the attendance machines setup of the college
• Manage all electrical assets of the college, including managing all electrical and plumbing matters of the college alongside the campus supervisor
• Constantly patrolling all college facilities around the campus
• Providing for the safety of students while on college building; monitoring personnel and/or visitors
• Engaging in all tasks that are requested which include administrative tasks.
• Candidate must be fluent in English and have a pleasant personality.
• Work hours are from 7:30AM to 4:30PM Monday to Friday and 9AM - 3PM on Saturday.
