IT Officer – Islamabad Head Office (Male Only)

Location: Islamabad (Head Office)
Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Officer to join our Head Office team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in IT hardware, software, networking, troubleshooting, and CCTV operations. This role requires an individual who can independently handle day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, laptops, and network devices.
• Provide timely technical support to all users regarding software, hardware, and network issues.
• Maintain and monitor LAN/WAN networks, Internet connectivity, and server-related tasks (basic level).
• Ensure smooth functioning and maintenance of CCTV systems, DVR/NVR operations, and camera troubleshooting.
• Manage routine IT documentation, asset records, and system updates.
• Oversee installation and configuration of printers, biometric devices, and other IT equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT-related purchases, repairs, and maintenance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or relevant field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and technical maintenance.
• Ability to work under pressure and provide prompt IT support.
• Excellent problem-solving attitude with strong coordination skills.
• Male candidates only (as per operational requirement).
• Must be based in Islamabad or willing to relocate.
