Qualifications


Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in IT operations and end-user support, preferably within manufacturing or automotive environments.
  • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, including hardware and network systems.
  • Hands-on involvement in IT compliance and information security practices; experience with ISO/IEC 27001 certification processes preferred.
  • Strong background in network systems management and troubleshooting (firewalls, switches, routers, LAN/WAN/WLAN, structured cabling, and network monitoring tools).
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken); French at a professional working level is an asset.


Technical Skills

  • Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, user access management).
  • Endpoint management (laptops, desktops, PDAs, endpoint protection & antivirus solutions).
  • Experience with backup and storage systems (Veeam, Dell EMC).
  • Installation and commissioning of IT hardware (servers, network devices, workstations, peripherals).
  • Network troubleshooting & configuration: LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls (basic configuration & diagnostics).
  • VPN & remote access support.
  • Wi-Fi infrastructure management, preferably Cisco solutions.
  • Print server and peripheral device management.
  • Experience with IT ticketing/helpdesk systems; SLA & KPI monitoring/reporting.
  • Root cause analysis & escalation processes.
  • Familiarity with system/network monitoring tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability across hardware, OS, network environments & MS Office applications.
  • Experience with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP).
  • Basic cybersecurity knowledge aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 controls.

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
  • Team player capable of working independently when required.


Certifications (Preferred)

  • Microsoft Certifications (MCSA, MS365).
  • CCNA, CompTIA, or equivalent.
  • SAP user or system support experience (optional).


Job Description

  • Provide advanced technical support to end-users, production environments, and IT infrastructure at our Kütahya facility, ensuring business continuity and minimal operational disruption.
  • Proactively monitor, manage, and maintain IT systems, networks, hardware, software, and communication infrastructure to ensure high performance and availability.
  • Work closely with production and operational teams to diagnose and resolve issues impacting manufacturing and delivery processes.
  • Collaborate with global/regional IT teams and external vendors to handle complex cases and ensure long-term, sustainable solutions.
  • Support core IT service delivery processes (asset management, updates, backups, license management).
  • Manage service requests and incidents through ITSM tools, ensuring timely resolution and user satisfaction.
  • Participate in internal/external audits and contribute to IT compliance efforts (ISO 27001, IATF 16949).
  • Assist in developing and maintaining technical documentation, SOPs, and internal knowledge bases.
  • Lead or support local IT initiatives such as infrastructure upgrades, hardware rollouts, and digitalization projects.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to users and junior IT colleagues, promoting IT best practices and operational excellence.
