Job Description
The IT Operations Expert will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT Operations. The role requires strong familiarity with IT fields and core/critical systems, using Active Directory, Microsoft 365 portal, SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange, and ManageEngine Endpoint Central for patch management, ensuring smooth business operations and compliance with organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities

Effectively utilize IT management tools (e.g., Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Microsoft 365 Admin Center).

Oversee and optimize access management and workflow configurations within Jira Service Management and Jira Software.

Point of contact for the SOC team when they report.

Point of contact for Patch Management vulnerabilities.

Administration of Active Directory security and operations

Administration of the Microsoft 365 portal.

Administration of MS SharePoint.

Administration of MS Exchange.

Administration of ManageEngine EndPoint Centerl " Patch Management"

Administration of Jira Service Management ( ticketing system).

Administration of MDM – Intune.

Manage Office Automation initiatives.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or Management Information system, or a similar qualification.

5-7 years of experience in IT operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and reporting skills.

Accuracy and detail oriented.
