Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad for an IT Operations Specialist. The role involves managing day-to-day IT operations, providing technical support to ensure smooth functioning of systems, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Responsibilities also include network administration, maintenance of IT infrastructure, and assisting in the implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in IT Operations and general Information Technology principles and systems
• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to resolve hardware and software issues effectively
• Experience in Network Administration, including configuration, management, and maintenance
• Ability to implement and adhere to IT policies and procedures
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Good communication and teamwork skills
