Job Purpose:
Responsible for leading, overseeing, and ensuring successful delivery of multiple IT projects within scope, cost, quality, and time constraints. This role is specifically aligned with the Treasury department, requiring strong knowledge of treasury operations and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure).
- Develop project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and communication strategies.
- Assign, guide, and coordinate project teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and conflicts; implement mitigation plans.
- Manage changes in scope, budgets, and schedules, ensuring business value delivery.
- Oversee vendor, stakeholder, and cross-department collaboration.
- Prepare progress reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP).
- 10+ years’ direct experience in Treasury Application implementation projects.
- Strong background in both technical and business project management.
- Experience managing Agile and Waterfall projects, including transitions to Agile.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and risk management.
- Familiarity with project management tools/software.

- Timely and on-budget project delivery.
- Effective communication of progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Minimal variance between planned vs. actual cost and schedule.
