Key Responsibilities:

Support the Program Manager in overseeing day-to-day project management activities across

enterprise IT application initiatives.

Assist in managing PMO operations, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks,

methodologies, and continuous process improvements.

Develop, maintain, and distribute project status reports and executive dashboards to provide

clear visibility into progress and performance.

Facilitate change management by documenting change requests, assessing impacts, securing

approvals, and ensuring effective communication to stakeholders.

Support risk management by maintaining the risk register, tracking risks and issues, ensuring

mitigation plans are implemented, and escalating when necessary.

Assist the PMO in tracking project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to drive timely

resolution of issues and ensure successful execution.

Coordinate across cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to

maintain alignment and collaboration.

Contribute to resource planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support effective

program delivery.

Ensure accurate documentation, compliance with PMO standards, and effective knowledge

management.


Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

4–5 years of proven experience in IT PMO roles.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.

Hands-on proficiency with project management tools, including Monday.com, MS Project, and

Jira/Confluence.

Strong working knowledge of enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ERP systems, Maximo,

and Genesys.

Additional certifications in Agile or related methodologies are preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively anticipate and mitigate

risks.
