A prestigious 5-Star Resort in Bahrain is looking for dynamic and experienced IT professionals to join our team.

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. IT Assistant

• Experience Required: 1–2 years in a 4/5-star hotel environment

2. IT Officer

• Experience Required: 3–4 years in a 4/5-star hotel environment

3. IT Executive

• Experience Required: 4–6 years in a 4/5-star hotel environment

✅ Requirements:

• Hospitality Experience: Strictly mandatory.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of hotel-specific applications:

* Opera PMS

*Micros

* Symphony

* Posist

• Core Competencies: Good understanding of hotel IT systems, networks, hardware infrastructure, and desktop/software support.
• Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Exclusively a hospitality background.
• Able to work under pressure and provide prompt, reliable IT support to fast-paced hotel operations.
