Pay: 400.000 (OMR) - 500.000 (OMR) per month

Key Responsibilities, Duties and Requirements:

1. Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

a. Vendor Management: Identify, vet, and onboard global and local ICT distributors/Partners/Vendors/Supplier (e.g., Ingram Micro, Cisco partners, Dell/HP distributors etc).

b. Negotiation: Secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to protect TCT’s margins.

c. Technical Alignment: Work with the Presales/Technical team to ensure quoted Bill of Quantities (BOQs) match the ordered items exactly (avoiding costly wrong-part shipments).

d. Licensing Management: Track renewals for software subscriptions and cloud licenses (SaaS/IaaS) to ensure no service gaps for clients.

2. Logistics & Supply Chain

a. Shipping Coordination: Manage international and local freight, including customs clearance and duties for imported high-tech equipment.

b. Inventory Control: Oversee and managing the TCT Inventory/warehouse/buffer stock. Hardware warranties and RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorization).

c. Project Delivery: Coordinate with Service delivery or project team for "Just-In-Time" delivery to project sites and minimize storage costs and prevent on-site theft or damage.

3. Financial & Risk Management

a. Cost Control: Monitor price fluctuations in the tech market (e.g., chipset shortages or currency changes) and advise leadership on procurement timing.

b. Compliance: Ensure all imported tech meets local regulatory standards (e.g., telecommunications certifications).

c. Documentation: Accurate filing of Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and delivery notes for audit and finance reconciliation. Coordinate with Accounts & Finance team.

4. Required Skills

a. Familiarity with hardware (Servers, Switches, UPS) and software licensing is an advantage.

b. Negotiation Power: Proven ability to lower "Cost of Goods Sold" (COGS) without compromising quality.

c. Logistics Tech: Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Odoo, or Zoho Inventory) and advanced Excel.

d. Analytical Thinking: Ability to compare complex vendor bids that include differing support packages and warranties.
