IT Procurement Manager - Banking

Job Title: IT procurement Manager

Location: Dubai

Duration: 6+ Months contract

Salary: 18k AED Per month

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Professional certifications preferred: CIPS, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent.

Master’s degree or MBA is an added advantage.

Experience:

Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

Strong background in technology contracts, software licensing, and IT infrastructure purchasing.

Proven experience handling cloud, SaaS, and cybersecurity procurement.

Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP Ariba) and procurement workflows.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
