Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Manager – IT Procurement (Software/Hardware) to lead sourcing initiatives for enterprise IT spend, including software licenses, SaaS agreements, hardware purchases, and related services. This senior individual contributor will operate as the strategic lead—driving category strategy, leading complex negotiations, and managing supplier engagements for mid-size to high-value technology agreements.
This role is designed for an experienced sourcing professional with deep IT procurement experience and the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders across global IT, legal, and finance teams.
Core Responsibilities:

Lead sourcing and procurement for enterprise software, SaaS, hardware, cloud services, and IT professional services

Build and execute category strategies for assigned IT spend areas, identifying savings and value opportunities

Own the full sourcing process—strategy, stakeholder alignment, RFP creation, supplier evaluation, and negotiation

Negotiate complex, high-value contracts with top OEMs and service providers (e.g., Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, Dell, AWS, etc.)

Partner with legal and IT stakeholders to ensure contract compliance, risk mitigation, and license optimization

Monitor supplier performance and support supplier segmentation and management activities

Stay current on market intelligence, vendor trends, and pricing models to advise stakeholders and adjust strategies

Present sourcing plans, savings results, and risk insights to business and procurement leadership

Ensure adherence to procurement governance, sourcing templates, and documentation standards
Qualifications & Experience:

12–15 years of experience in IT procurement

Strong knowledge of software license agreements (SaaS, perpetual, subscriptions), cloud contracting, and hardware purchasing

Experience negotiating with major OEMs and tech vendors (Microsoft, Oracle, AWS, Cisco, IBM, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field required; Master’s preferred

Familiarity working with global stakeholder groups
