IT Product Analyst -
Must Have Qualifications: 5+ Years of Senior level Product Analyst experience required.
Candidate must be technical with hands on experience working in XML and Json
formats between services that communicate and integrate with each other and
conduct analysis from that. Agile experience creating stories, working with dev teams, and stakeholders n requirements. Soft Skills: Experiences leading conversations and meetings, comfortable being a go to for the team, and the ability to communicate with to all business areas Technical and business. Ideal candidate will have an adaptable mindset and conformable being technical a product mindset -bringing the value forward and stakeholder value. Preferred: Fintech or Freddie/Fannie and AI knowledge.
In this role, you will be a technical leader advancing the LQA and LCLA product portfolios,
expected to:
Lead technical analysis and data-driven discovery for complex product features spanning
multiple systems, partners, and data flows
Develop and refine robust product requirements by leveraging advanced data mapping,
transformation, and integration techniques (e.g., XML, JSON, conditional logic)
Utilize AI-enabled tools and analytical methods to accelerate feature discovery, enhance
insight quality, and optimize delivery speed
Collaborate closely with engineering, data, and quality teams to architect scalable
solutions, resolve technical dependencies, and ensure seamless integration across
platforms
Define and implement successful metrics, acceptance criteria, and automated validation
processes to ensure features deliver measurable value, quality, and customer impact
Identify risks, data gaps, and technical constraints early—driving proactive mitigation and
informed tradeoff decisions
Serve as a technical liaison, translating business needs and regulatory requirements into
actionable, technically sound solutions that align with industry standards and compliance
objectives
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Systems) or equivalent professional experience
Typically 5+ years of hands-on experience in product analysis, data analysis, or technical
business analysis at a senior level
Proven expertise in analyzing, mapping, and transforming complex data structures (XML,
JSON) and implementing conditional logic for accurate data integration
Experience using AI-powered tools and advanced analytics techniques for requirements
development, prototyping, or test scenario generation
Strong technical proficiency in Agile delivery environments, including backlog
management, refinement, and sprint execution
Proficiency with product and delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to
influence across technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting data-driven or platform-based products in financial services,
mortgage, or regulated industries
Understanding of loan eligibility, credit risk assessment, and closing data standards
(ULDD, UCD, XML)
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs and regulatory requirements into
technically robust product solutions
Familiarity with automation, data validation, and quality assurance processes in a product
environment
