As we expand, we are seeking a skilled IT Program Manager to lead and oversee our technology-driven projects.

Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Program Manager to manage and coordinate IT initiatives across the foundation. This role requires a professional with expertise in program management, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of IT projects, aligning technology with organizational goals, and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT program strategies aligned with the foundation’s mission.
• Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver solutions.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards, data protection regulations, and best practices.
• Monitor KPIs, project timelines, and budgets to ensure efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships and technology resources.
• Lead and mentor IT project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT project/program management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, digital platforms, and project management methodologies (Agile, PMP, PRINCE2).
• Proven track record of delivering complex IT programs successfully.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a mission-driven, multicultural environment.

Pay: Up to QAR26,000.00 per month
