IT Project Coordinator - Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will act as the backbone of the project management team, ensuring smooth communication, efficient resource allocation, and timely completion of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor IT project activities, schedules, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and status updates.
• Assist in budget tracking, resource allocation, and vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, IT policies, and security protocols.
• Support change management and training initiatives related to new systems or processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management support.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 certification.
• Experience with cloud migration, ERP implementation, or cybersecurity projects.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret technical documentation.
