Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator with at least 2 years of UAE experience in a general trading environment. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and clients, while working towards defined sales and receivables targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the sales team in daily sales operations
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices submissions
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve assigned sales and receivables targets
• Follow up with customers for timely collection of payments and outstanding receivables
• Liaise with customers regarding order status, deliveries, and documentation
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and reports
• Coordinate with procurement, and operations, to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE trade regulations
• Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience as a Sales Coordinator in General Trading
• Hands-on experience with ERP software for sales order processing, invoicing, and reporting
• Strong knowledge of sales documentation and order processing
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems
• Good understanding of UAE market practices and customer handling
• Ability to work with sales and receivables targets and follow up effectively
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
