Job Title: Sales Associate – Fashion (Arabic Speaker)

Job Purpose:

To deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain brand standards through professional product knowledge, customer engagement, and store presentation. The Sales Associate will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a premium shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:1️ Sales & Customer Service

• Greet, engage, and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and conversion rates.
• Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new product arrivals.
• Handle customer concerns or complaints and escalate when necessary.

2️ Product Knowledge & Brand Presentation

• Maintain strong knowledge of product features, sizes, materials, fits, and styling tips.
• Stay updated on fashion trends, seasonal launches, and brand guidelines.
• Support visual merchandising team by maintaining product display standards.

3️ Store Operations

• Perform cash handling and POS transactions accurately.
• Assist with receiving, tagging, replenishing, and stockroom organization.
• Participate in stock counts, cycle counts, and loss prevention practices.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and store ambience as per company standards.

4️ Teamwork & Company Culture

• Work collaboratively with team members and support store priorities.
• Attend regular briefings, meetings, and product training sessions.
• Represent the brand professionally at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Arabic speaking is mandatory; English speaking mandatory.
• Previous experience in fashion retail or customer-facing role is desirable.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Presentable, energetic, and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
