Job Summary

Krone Solar Qatar is seeking a highly experienced and strategic IT Project Director to lead large-scale IT & Digital Transformation initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex technology projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and digital innovation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise-level IT and digital transformation projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project strategies, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Oversee digital transformation initiatives, system modernization, and technology implementation projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Manage project risks, compliance requirements, and issue resolution processes.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and technology innovation initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT project execution.
• Mentor and lead project managers, IT teams, and technical staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in IT project management or digital transformation leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise IT projects and transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Experience with enterprise systems, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and digital platforms.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or related project management certifications are preferred.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in renewable energy, technology, or enterprise industries is an advantage.
