Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Director to lead and oversee large-scale IT projects, ensuring successful delivery, alignment with business goals, and effective management of timelines, budgets, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects from planning to completion.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues.
• Ensure project goals, quality standards, and deadlines are met.
• Drive process improvements and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT project management or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.

Pay: RO3,500.000 per month
